Sugar Tree Cafe is a one-of-a-kind brunch and coffee destination in Nutley, New Jersey — a place built from the belief that great experiences have the power to bring people together. How it started
In May 2021, Jack, Sophia, and their team opened Sugar Tree Cafe with a clear mission: reinvent the café experience in Essex County. After a year that had kept people further apart than ever, they wanted to build a space that pulled them back together.
An entertainer's point of view
Before Sugar Tree, Jack spent years as a DJ in nightlife and the wedding world — where creating an unforgettable atmosphere is the whole job. That same instinct for thoughtful, over-the-top experiences is baked into everything the café does.
